Why do we call our site "Ranums' Panat Times"? The answer is simple: in theory (if not always in practice) we have oodles of "time" to read and think during our summers in a tiny French hilltop village, Panat.

In addition to their separate projects:

Orest and Patricia are making available some transcribed manuscript sources. This project includes a collection of "Fugitive Pieces,"  (Pièces fugitives) that they happened upon in libraries or archives: on those pages you will find excerpts from correspondence, gazettes, and obscure books.
