Unpublished articles
by Orest Ranum, and some syllabi as well
At one of our meetings of the Old Regime Group here in the
Baltimore-Washington area (a terrific paper by Barbara Diefendorf), I mentioned
something about what I had taught in my French cultural history course. My
interlocutor said: "Why don't you put your syllabus on the net?" In the interest
of all who are struggling to mark exams and turn in grades and at the same
time turn in book-order lists, I humbly suggest what follows -- pieces of
which may be helpful.
